At the heart of Kyoto Dreams lies the central base of the Order of the Sun Goddess, aptly named "The Lost." This sprawling complex serves as both a sanctuary and a hub for the group's activities. The architecture mirrors traditional Japanese design, with sliding doors, tatami mats, and ornate paper lanterns illuminating the corridors.

History:

The Order of the Sun Goddess traces its origins to a group of survivors who stumbled upon Kyoto Dreams generations ago. These survivors, facing the unforgiving challenges of the Backrooms, banded together to form a community centered around resilience and mutual protection. They discovered that the unique properties of Kyoto Dreams provided a semblance of safety compared to the other, more treacherous levels.

The early generations of the Order faced countless hardships, from navigating the surreal landscapes of Kyoto Dreams to fending off hostile entities that stumbled in from the outside. This era of adversity forged a deep sense of generational trauma within the community, as each successive generation carried the scars of the Backrooms. The survivors became a tight-knit family, passing down their stories and experiences to ensure the survival of their way of life.

Despite the challenges, the Order of the Sun Goddess persisted, adapting and evolving to thrive in the peculiar conditions of Kyoto Dreams. Over time, they developed unique skills and rituals to harness the mystical energy of the Backrooms. The community became a beacon of resilience, its members embodying the spirit of overcoming adversity with each passing generation.

The resilience of the Order is symbolized in a sacred ritual known as the "Phoenix Dance." This dance, performed during times of celebration and remembrance, signifies the rebirth of the community from the ashes of its past. It serves as a poignant reminder of their ability to rise above adversity and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the Backrooms.

As a result of their collective history, the Order of the Sun Goddess established a solemn oath passed down through the generations. This oath emphasizes the paramount importance of protecting the community at any cost. Members swear to shield their fellow brethren from the dangers of the Backrooms and to uphold the values of unity and resilience.

The oath is embodied in a ceremonial artifact known as the "Sunblade", a symbol of the Order's commitment to protecting their way of life. This blade, passed down from leader to leader, represents the strength and sacrifice required to safeguard the community. It is said that the blade absorbs the resilience and determination of each generation, becoming a living testament to the Order's enduring spirit.

Politics:

The political structure of the Order of the Sun Goddess is built upon a council of elders, known as the "Wisdom Keepers." These individuals, chosen for their wisdom and experience, guide the community through the complexities of the Backrooms.

The leader of the Order, known as the "Eternal Sun," is selected from among the Wisdom Keepers based on merit and a deep understanding of the community's values.

Decisions within the Order are made through a consensus-building process that values the input of all members. However, in times of crisis, the Eternal Sun holds the authority to make decisive choices for the greater good of the community.

The political landscape is characterized by a delicate balance between collective decision-making and the necessity for strong leadership in the face of imminent threats.

The Order of the Sun Goddess continues to navigate the Backrooms with a commitment to resilience, fueled by generational trauma, an unwavering oath to protect their community, and the belief that through unity and determination, they can endure even the most formidable challenges the Backrooms may throw their way.
